Important additional information and Terms & Conditions for your booking.
You must not accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. Your ticket/ service will only be issued once you have acknowledged and agreed to this terms and conditions.
General Terms:
- This Booking is Changeable with penalty of NZD 595 per person plus any difference in fare and taxes at the time of rebooking. Please note some airlines fare rules are non-changeable and nonrefundable. Please double check the rules before you make the payment.
- Travel Corner is not liable for any schedule change or cancellation of flight operations by the airline. In case of schedule change by the Airline (International and Domestic), there will be minimum cancellation fee of NZD 75 applicable in addition to any cancellation fee of the airline.
- It is your responsibility to contact the airline prior to departure to ensure there is no change to the schedule departure time. We are made aware of any such changes but will not be liable for any costs incurred if contact has not been made.
- If you have any specific request including meal, seat and other assistance kindly reconfirm with airlines or with your travel agent at least 72 hours prior to your flight.
- If you are travelling with combination fares of two or more airlines, our travel agency is not responsible for any flight delays.
- Please also check the baggage allowance with your travel-consultant.
- We recommend that you confirm your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of some reservations and travel corner is not responsible.
- Bassinet and wheelchair ae subject to availability and confirmation from the airlines only. In case of any charges imposed by the airline, customer would be liable to pay the same.

2. TRAVEL AGENT
Travel Corner acts as a travel agent only. We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transport and accommodation service providers, including, but not limited to airlines, coach, rail, cruise line operators and hotels. Travel Corner does not own, operate, manage or control these independent suppliers of services and is not liable for their acts or omissions. Travel Corner’s obligations to you are to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and the travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we have the authority to make any warranty or representation regarding their standard. A request cannot be guaranteed. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these travel service providers. You understand that your legal recourse is against the specific provider not Travel Corner.
3. Name
Your First name and Surname must match with passport and spellings should be correct.
4. Price Flexibility
Airfares quoted are subject to change, withdrawal or alteration by airlines without notice, prior to the final ticketing process being completed.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel Corner strongly recommends travel insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances throughout your journey.
6. Taxes
Any taxes or charges imposed by government or airport authorities are payable by passengers. These are either included in the fare amount or to be paid upon arrival or departure in local currency at the airport of arrival or departure.
7. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold all valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) and comply with the entry, exit, transit or other requirements of the countries you are travelling to. You may refuse entry into a country if you do not have the required or valid travel documents. Travel Corner and our reservation staff will not be liable in any way for any consequences arising out of you not having the required or valid travel documents.
Please check with the respective Embassy or Consulate of each country that you are scheduled to visit, as many destinations require visas for both New Zealand and Non New Zealand Passport holders. It is your own responsibility to ensure all travellers have valid passports. Any penalties, or extra costs incurred if any documents are not accepted by any authorities will be your responsibility. Please ensure you have at least 6 months validity on your passport from the date of your return and that the first name and surname that you provide for your reservation are exactly the same as they appear on your passport. Amendment fees apply to all name changes and sometimes incur cancellation and re-booking fees. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.
A valid government issued ID is required for travel within New Zealand. NZ Issued Driving Licence is valid form of ID, However, a passport may be required instead of a driving licence.
8. CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against Travel Corner and in that event that payment has been made to Travel Corner by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback your payment from Travel Corner. If the credit card is passed through to the travel services provider and you seek to chargeback your payment from the provider, you agree to be held liable and indemnify Travel Corner against this chargeback from the provider, including without limitation any air debit memos charged to Travel Corner. If your have paid Travel Corner via travel corner merchant facilities, your credit card statement will read ‘Travel Corner Ltd’ or ‘Shrijee Intl Ltd’ depending upon which credit card you have provided for the purpose of purchase.
If Travel Corner incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees to recover
any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owing to Travel Corner via money order, bank transfer or cash immediately.
9. Deposit
Any Deposit paid to HOLD/CONFIRM the booking are non-refundable.
10. RESPONSIBILITY
We always do our best to make sure your travel arrangements are satisfactory. However, Travel Corner and its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assignees do not own or operate any entity which provides goods and services for your travel including without limitation, lodging facilities, airline, vessel, motor coach, or other transportation companies, guides or guide services, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions, food service providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors and are in no way affiliated to Travel Corner or any of Travel Corner’s affiliated entities.
11. LIABILITY
Travel Corner is not liable for any negligent or wilful act or failure to act of any travel service provider or of any third party. Conditions can change rapidly in a country at any time. It is the traveller’s responsibility to check the New Zealand Government Travel advisories for your intended destination at https://www.safetravel.govt.nz In addition and without limitation, Travel Corner is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Also be advised that certain foreign facilities such as air-conditioning systems in public places,
hotels and motor coaches may not be up to U.S. standards. If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs. Baggage is entirely at owner’s risk. You specifically agree that Liberty Travel is not liable for any consequential loss or damage.
12. Reissue Fee
If any ticket has been issued that requires a change, for example to a date, a reissue fee will apply, at a fee of NZD 200.00 per change plus consolidator fee of NZD 95.00 any reissue fee, fare difference, tax difference payable to the airline. If travel has commenced and ticket requires reissue, airlines may charge additional fees and taxes, or local office fees.
Charges may vary and increase up to NZD 500 depending upon the complexity of the ticket.
13. Cancellation Fee
All cancellations are governed by the terms and conditions of the airlines booked for services. After confirmation, any cancellation of any component of your travel flight will incur NZD 250.00 per person as cancellation fee levied by Travel Corner, consolidator fee of NZD 95 plus any cancellation fee that may be imposed by the Airlines. These fees will only apply if the ticket purchased is refundable. If the ticket purchased is non-refundable, there is no payment paid back. Infant tickets are always non-refundable in all circumstances.
Domestic tickets and Tickets issued on Low Cost carriers are non-refundable and non-changeable.
If the cancellation is due to the schedule change/flight cancellation by Airline, then cancellation fee of NZD 75.00 per person/ticket is applicable plus any cancellation fee imposed by airline.
14. Refund Fee
Your request for a refund of a booked airfare is governed by the terms and conditions of the airline from which you have purchased the airfare and is made or not made as determined by the airline. Many fares are non-refundable. Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply to your particular airfare. Where a refund is applicable, the turnaround time from the date of your request for refund to the date you are provided with your refund may take up to 12 weeks or more.
15. REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Service providers reserve the right to refuse service to travellers at their sole discretion and including without limitation if the traveller:
- Lacks proper documentation for the country of destination;
- Has a contagious disease;
- Is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics; and/or
- Manifests disruptive and/or unruly behavior.
Travel Corner assumes no liability for the acts of the service provider in refusing service.

17. GOVERNING LAW
The construction, validity and performance of these Terms and any disputes between the parties shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles, and any federal laws applicable therein. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Auckland, New Zealand with respect to any legal proceedings relating to these terms.
18. DECLARATION:
If Travel Corner takes any action to enforce the Terms and Conditions, it will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all legal fees and expenses and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled. I agree that the above dates and time are correct. My name is as it appears on the passport. I am aware of all fare rules and conditions.
