How can I obtain a quote for a flight?
You can get a price through search engine or send us an email. You can also call us on 0800 2 247 365 and talk to our friendly customer service staff. We are available 24/7 on phone to serve you. Please ensure that you have valid passport and visa for travelling. We do not advise on any type of visa.
How can I confirm my booking?
We recommend to reconfirm your flight 72 hours prior to the departure For International Flight Passengers: a) Click on Manage My Booking and follow the prompts. b) Call us and speak to our customer service representative. c) Call Airline. For Domestic Flight Passengers: a) Call us and speak to our customer service representative. b) Call Airline. Note: The airline booking reference is different to Travel Corner booking reference. Please use Airline Booking reference when speaking to airline.
How do I change my booking?
For any changes or cancellation on your booking, Please email us at support@travelcorner.co.nz or info@travelcorner.co.nz . Our Team will contact you within 24 hours. For any urgent queries, please call our office at 0800 2 247 365.
How do I pay?
You can use the following mode of payments to pay: 1. Online Bank Transfer 2. Credit card : We only accept New Zealand issue credit cards. 3. Cash : Visit our branch to pay cash. Credit Card fee : Master card and visa card incur a fee of 2.75%. QCard and American Express incurs a fee of 4.75%.
Can I book travel originating outside New Zealand?
Yes, Ticket can be booked for the travel originating outside New Zealand. Please contact our reservation team at 0800 2 247 365.
What is my luggage allowance and how do I pay for extra?
International Travel: Please check with our consultant for the baggage allowance before the purchase of ticket. You can find the baggage allowance on the e-ticket copy. Domestic Travel: Different airlines have different criteria, so it is a good idea to check before you travel. Some fares only allow hand luggage. Extra baggage can be paid at the airport, but it is usually cheaper to pay at the time of booking. Any questions about bulky items, sports equipment’s or any dangerous items needs to taken up directly with the airline you are travelling.
Can I check-in online and print my boarding pass?
Many airlines allow you to check-in on-line for their flights which will save your time at the airport. Simply need to go to the airlines website to check-in on-line and print your boarding pass. If your airline does not allow online check-in, then you have to do the check-in at the Airport only. How many hours before the flight should I arrive Airport? Check in times at the Airport · For domestic flight, it is recommended that you arrive to the airport 90 minutes prior to departure time. · International travel requires a check-in of 2-3 hours prior to departure.
